letters to grandma

I don't know why my posts are so family centered lately but they are, perhaps because I spoke to my great grandma on the phone yesterday and she made me realize how much I miss her and Russia in general. 

                   Olga Dmitreevna Timanovich my great grandma who is about 90 years old, remembers more family history then my whole family put together. It's really unfortunate that I was only a child when we lived back in Russia and it wasn't that interesting to me, but now I am so curious that I would even go to Russia for a couple of days just to visit her and get all the information possible about the history of my family because guess what I know none!:| So, yesterday while talking to her she was telling me how she is pretty much just falling apart because of her age and how I need to write her more often so that's exactly what I decided to do! Except the thing is that she doesn't reply which is too bad but at least I make her happy:)

P.S. Talking to another grandma of mine, well she is my dad's aunt so we just call her grandma because what else are you supposed to call her? anyhows she told me that she did gymnastics through out most of her life, so she told me I am defentaly from the family haha it made me laugh I don't know what she meant though..
